Celebrating 10 Years of Partnership, Growth, and What Lies Ahead
Ten years ago, Nihon M&A Center began its journey in Southeast Asia with a simple belief that stronger connections between Japan and this region could open up meaningful opportunities for businesses on both sides.
Over time, that belief has turned into something far more impactful. Together with our valued partners and clients, we have built a cross-border bridge shape by Trust, Shared Vision, and Long-term Relationships. Not just transactions.
It is a journey backed by over 35 years of experience from our holding group, Nihon M&A Center Inc., and supported by longstanding economic ties across the region, including 60 years of Singapore-Japan partnerships and 53 years of Japan-ASEAN relations.
This year marks a particularly meaningful milestone as Singapore and Japan elevate ties to a "Strategic Partnership," building on decades of diplomatic relations. With "partnership and exchange" identified as one of the five priority cooperation areas, it reflects a principle that sits at the heart of what we do. It is a timely reminder that the bridges we build between businesses are part of a much larger story of friendship and collaboration between our two countries and across Southeast Asia.
Building on this foundation, we have seen businesses grow beyond borders, founders step into new chapters, and partnerships creates real, lasting value across Japan and Southeast Asia.
Today, that bridge is stronger than ever.
As Southeast Asia continues to evolve, we are excited to what lies ahead as well. We remain committed to take this further - deepening partnerships, expanding across the region, and building the next chapter of cross-border M&A together.
This 10th anniversary is more than a reflection of time passed. It is an opportunity to bring together the people and partners who have been part of this journey.
Over the years, we have had the privilege of working alongside business owners, partners, and advisors to support cross-border opportunities and meaningful transitions. Each collaboration has contributed to a stronger, more connected M&A ecosystem between Japan and Southeast Asia.
This event is not just about looking back, but about exchanging perspectives, strengthening relationships, and exploring what the next phase of growth could look like - Together.
As we look ahead, we also recognize the broader role of we can play in advancing connections between Japan and Southeast Asia.
Join us as we celebrate this milestone and continue building the future of cross-border partnerships.
